We first met Ginger Matney several years ago. Although we were not ready to purchase real estate at that time, we were very impressed with Ginger’s knowledge and her commitment to her clients. Once we decided we were ready for a larger investment, Ginger was an excellent guide for us. Through the entire process she was honest, open, and sincere. We have never had someone so attentive! Her guidance and advice in regards to our real estate purchases is unmatched.

Very quick and knowledgeable in answering questions and closing. Very happy in dealing with them (Ginger & Pamela) and would recommend them to others!Marianne Smith
In my past experiences with other real estate agents, they were dishonest. They would tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign on with them only to come up short with what they promise they can do for you. Not Ginger! She is very honest and trustworthy! She fights for you and her values and morals makes her a great person to have in real estate, Thanks Ginger!Tracy Prim
- Ginger is wonderful, she is on top of her game. My husband and I never thought we would be able to invest in properties. Ginger said she could make it happen and she did. We owe all of our success to her. Ginger is the real deal!

Melani was great to work with! She helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. She was always willing to talk on the phone to explain contracts and ensured we were comfortable with what we were getting ourselves into. She showed us houses on multiple days and would accommodate our busy schedules. She is very honest and encouraging.

- My townhome was a bit challenging to sell in this volatile market but Melani and Ginger stayed optimistic and persistent on getting it sold. They communicated with me what they were doing and gave me great advice on some tough decisions to get it sold. I have bought and sold numerous houses with Elevate Real Estate and will continue to do so. They are a fantastic team to work with.

- My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and concerned about beginning the home buying process in such a crazy market. Luckily, I was recommended to reach out to Ginger and her team to help me through the process, and that was the best recommendation I’ve ever received. Ginger, Mel, and the rest of the Elevate team were some of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate people I’ve ever had the joy of working with. They never hesitated to answer questions or concerns I had about the process, and their impressive knowledge of the market and the home…

We have purchased multiple homes (both primary and rental properties) with Elevate Real Estate and highly recommend them. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, hard working, and has been the reason we have personally gotten 2 houses (the seller’s agent even told us so). You cannot go wrong with Elevate Real Estate for your personal or rental property needs.

“Melani helped me and my husband find our forever home. She worked so much for us and helped us with everything we needed. With this crazy housing market, where everything is all about appraisal gaps, over listing prices and cash offers, she worked for our benefit to have us close for what the appraisal prices was, without any appraisal gaps! My husband and I have found our forever realtor in Melani, at least for as long as we live in Colorado.”Blaise and Eric Burley
- “We interviewed four realtors recommended to us by our neighbors and friends and selected Elevate Real Estate. We were impressed with their innovative marketing and business practices other realtors didn’t;t seem to have. We knew we could rely on and trust the team at Elevate Real Estate to sell our home and they proved that to us from the day our “For Sale” sign went up until the we closed our home!”

In the confusing and often overwhelming world of Real Estate it was so reassuring to have Ginger by our side through the entire process of finding and purchasing our new home. She was always available to us no matter what the time or day and always made us feel like we were her only client. We will forever be grateful to Ginger as we believe she is the only reason our dream home became a reality! Thank you!Laura Pfleghardt
- Can’t say enough awesome things about this team of ladies! If it weren’t for their hard work & compassion for what they do I would NOT have my dream home! For any & all future real estate needs Ginger & Elevate will be my only go to!

Ginger Matney was extremely patient and helpful in getting us through the process of purchasing out first house. She worked hard to respond to questions and set up showing as soon as possible. We looked at houses for about 6 months before finding the right one and never felt pressure to hurry up and buy. Ginger was also great about sticking to our budget and did not take us to any places that were outside of our prices range. We talked with other people using different agents who had drastically different experiences and we are very glad we went with…Brandy & Spencer Logan
