My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…

My townhome was a bit challenging to sell in this volatile market but Melani and Ginger stayed optimistic and persistent on getting it sold. They communicated with me what they were doing and gave me great advice on some tough decisions to get it sold. I have bought and sold numerous houses with Elevate Real Estate and will continue to do so. They are a fantastic team to work with.Kyle Koele
Ginger and her team are truly the best of the best. I have bought and sold with her numerous times. She puts her clients needs and best interests first, always. Working with her and her team makes the process so much easier and more seamless. Thanks Ginger, Pamela and Brittany!Jenna Lucero
- We’ve done business with Melani on two occasions – purchasing a home and a condo over the past few years. She is professional, knowledgeable, organized and has excellent follow-through. With a real estate transaction that involved some difficult personalities, she was adept at dealing with some delicate interpersonal situations. Melani was strong when she needed to be, and also patient and diplomatic when she needed to be. At all times, she had our backs and advocated for our best interests. She also approached tricky situations with good humor which was also appreciated! I’d highly…

Ginger and Pam are great to work with. They really listen to what you are looking for and go way beyond the call of duty during the process. I have and will continue to recommend Ginger to friends and colleagues.Mike Pearson
Thank you for the wonderful experience we enjoyed while staying in your rental home. You and Brad were responsive, and could not have been better to deal with. There are always “unknowns” that tenants feel when dealing with Landlords and property managers, but you have been the absolute best. Your accommodating pet policy and reasonable rental rates were greatly appreciated, and make you number one!Steve and Shannon Coman
- We had a great experience with Elevate Real Estate while buying our home. Penni and Ginger were both knowledgeable and attentive. Everything went without a hitch. We would highly recommend them!

- I was a first time home buyer and was nervous enough! I started months before I was ready! Ginger walked me through every detail and made me extremely comfortable. She was very patient, kind and respectful. Most importantly, she listened. Ginger worked diligently to find the perfect house and never got away from my goals. She will make sure you find a house that meets your needs. Ginger is a true professional and I recommend her to everyone that needs real estate help. Thanks Ginger!

Melani was helpful, prepared, kind, and beyond wonderful to work with. We truly wouldn’t have been able to buy a home without her Hard work and expertise. She went above and beyond with us every step of the way, and I would absolutely recommend Melani to everyone looking to buy or sell.Brienna Jarrell

Ginger and her crew were OUTSTANDING! They had so much patience with me looking through some 80+ houses and my changing requirements. All of them made it come together and found us the house we wanted. I cannot recommend them enough!

Pam and Ginger went the extra mile to sell my home. Time was spent staging the inside of the house and seeing that flyers were always available in the realtor’s box. They even shoveled snow and sweep the floors. I felt both of them worked very hard at selling my home and I would highly recommend them for any home sale.Joyce Downing
- “Melani helped me and my husband find our forever home. She worked so much for us and helped us with everything we needed. With this crazy housing market, where everything is all about appraisal gaps, over listing prices and cash offers, she worked for our benefit to have us close for what the appraisal prices was, without any appraisal gaps! My husband and I have found our forever realtor in Melani, at least for as long as we live in Colorado.”

I already talked with your HVAC guy and will be using him on our current flip. You saved me $1,300 by using him. A BIG thank you to to you!!! You have also given me that rental cd in the past. I have used that many times for my rental properties!!!! You’re the best. Most people keep their knowledge close to them and protect it. You on the other hand are not afraid to share it to help others become more knowledgeable, save them time and MONEY too!Cathy Hasse
This team is awesome! They have consistently gone above and beyond to not only find our new home but to deal with any issues that arose both before and after our purchase. As first time home buyers, the team throughly and completely answered all of our questions. And there were a lot! Thank you for all your help!Leo and Meaghan Albanese
- Our family has worked with Ginger to buy personal homes and investment properties for more than a decade. When my husband and I were looking for our perfect home, we wouldn’t have dreamed of calling anyone but Ginger (and we got to know and work with Melani during the process and she’s also awesome). Any realtor can show you a home and walk you through the buying process, but it takes a very special realtor to be well-versed in home construction and have a solid understanding of electrical, HVAC, foundations, etc. to guide you through how to evaluate a home…
