I’ve been renting from Ginger for almost a year and a half, and it has been the best experience. Any time that something needs to be fixed or tended to, she has it done right away without any trouble on my part. She is easy to work with, always considerate of her tenants, and above all, a star to work with. I personally recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent or buy.Krystal McAninch
“I would give Elevate Real Estate a rating of 5 out of 5! Ginger and Amber were great to work with during the sale of my condo. I will use them again for any of my real estate needs.”Mike Morris
- This was our first time buying a house and Ginger was our mentor as well as our REALTOR. She looked out for our best interests while keeping our wants and keeps in mind. For instance, she would say “no” to houses that were appealing, but had some serious flaw that would end up hurting our pockets in the long run.

The whole Elevate Real Estate team is great. All are hard working, flexible and respectful. Let’s not forget supportive too. The current market is a tough one. Couldn’t have sold and purchased without losing my mind because Ginger and Brittany are gems. No one will work harder for you! Thank you ladies. You are special.Karen Watkins
Ginger and her team are extraordinary. Ginger was able to quickly understand our needs, communicate well and get us exactly what we were looking for. I have never met a harder working, more knowledable real estate agent-and she is an incredible person on top of it. Her expertise and knowledge is unparalled. I was a first time home buyer in a buyers market and still did not have luck with finding a decent REALTOR! After 2 other REALTORS I found Ginger and I will never go to anyone else! She makes you feel like you are her only client and she works at lightning speed to get you what you want. If you’re not happy, she’s already 3 other options for you! Thanks!Dion Barela
Just wanted to let you know we’ve used a couple of your guys from your vendor list that you sent out. We’ve had some struggles with our usually people and called your garage guy and egress window guy. They were both phenomenal. They communicate quickly and well, their bids were better than work we’ve had done in the past. Running our business from AZ can be challenging at times. Joe and I just want to let you know we appreciate your list!Megan Bauers

Elevate Real Estate is truly a cut above the rest. I have bought and sold 3 houses in the Denver Metro area. This transaction was by far the easiest, quickest, and most successful of them all. When researching Real Estate Brokers I thought Who better to represent me in this transaction than A Broker who is also a law school graduate. The notion of added security, In an area that I know little about, certainly helped me sleep better at night. Upon interviewing Ginger & Pam their Knowledge and Confidence, and commitment in selling my house quickly & for top…Jeff R.
- Ginger Matney was extremely patient and helpful in getting us through the process of purchasing out first house. She worked hard to respond to questions and set up showing as soon as possible. We looked at houses for about 6 months before finding the right one and never felt pressure to hurry up and buy. Ginger was also great about sticking to our budget and did not take us to any places that were outside of our prices range. We talked with other people using different agents who had drastically different experiences and we are very glad we went with…

We’ve done business with Melani on two occasions – purchasing a home and a condo over the past few years. She is professional, knowledgeable, organized and has excellent follow-through. With a real estate transaction that involved some difficult personalities, she was adept at dealing with some delicate interpersonal situations. Melani was strong when she needed to be, and also patient and diplomatic when she needed to be. At all times, she had our backs and advocated for our best interests. She also approached tricky situations with good humor which was also appreciated! I’d highly…Kathryn Scruggs
Congratulations! Home Real Estate is very pleased to report that your real estate listing and sales production has put you in the top 5% of all Broker Associates with Home Real Estate. - Melani and her whole team were fantastic from start to finish. From buying to selling, they were always quick to respond, handled any bumps in the road smoothly, and made the whole process feel easy. Even after closing, they connected us with trusted pros to help with home projects—huge plus! We’d work with Melani again in a heartbeat.

“We interviewed four realtors recommended to us by our neighbors and friends and selected Elevate Real Estate. We were impressed with their innovative marketing and business practices other realtors didn’t;t seem to have. We knew we could rely on and trust the team at Elevate Real Estate to sell our home and they proved that to us from the day our “For Sale” sign went up until the we closed our home!”

- We first met Ginger Matney several years ago. Although we were not ready to purchase real estate at that time, we were very impressed with Ginger’s knowledge and her commitment to her clients. Once we decided we were ready for a larger investment, Ginger was an excellent guide for us. Through the entire process she was honest, open, and sincere. We have never had someone so attentive! Her guidance and advice in regards to our real estate purchases is unmatched.
