Ginger was the most attentive agent I could have hoped to work with. She was constantly fighting for my best interests and did not stop until I found the exact home I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay for it. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an agent who puts their best interest at #1!

Ginger is a wonderful person to work with. She always puts your thoughts/concerns first. We have used her on both of our house purchases/sales and will continue to use her!

“I would give Elevate Real Estate a rating of 5 out of 5! Ginger and Amber were great to work with during the sale of my condo. I will use them again for any of my real estate needs.”

(Melani Hensley) Thank you so much for everything!! You have been amazing!! All within a year you helped me buy a house and sell a house and I’m so grateful for you! ❤️

We worked with Ginger and Brittany for 4 months. The market is really tough and they were so patient with us. They would come out to show us just one house when needed on short notice. They helped us with every question we had, no matter how small or big. We felt so comfortable with them throughout this process. They made this scary process so much easier. We are thrilled with our home! But we both miss seeing and talking with them on a regular basis! We are definitely going to recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you so…

Elevate Real Estate did a great job in analyzing the market potential for our property and then selling it. It sold within 1% of where they told us it would sell, which is certainly very accurate. They also gave us lots of advice on repairs and upgrades that were needed, and how to stage it for showings. It was a very pleasant and successful experience, with the desired outcome. We would highly recommend them for all your Real Estate needs.

“We interviewed four realtors recommended to us by our neighbors and friends and selected Elevate Real Estate. We were impressed with their innovative marketing and business practices other realtors didn’t;t seem to have. We knew we could rely on and trust the team at Elevate Real Estate to sell our home and they proved that to us from the day our “For Sale” sign went up until the we closed our home!”

Ginger and her team are extraordinary. Ginger was able to quickly understand our needs, communicate well and get us exactly what we were looking for. I have never met a harder working, more knowledable real estate agent-and she is an incredible person on top of it. Her expertise and knowledge is unparalled. We would highly, highly recommend her!

Melani was helpful, prepared, kind, and beyond wonderful to work with. We truly wouldn’t have been able to buy a home without her Hard work and expertise. She went above and beyond with us every step of the way, and I would absolutely recommend Melani to everyone looking to buy or sell.

Ginger has helped us purchase 2 homes in the area. She is a very knowledgeable person in both income property and residential (owner occupied). Ginger’s expertise in these area’s has helped us purchase homes in good areas around Denver. We recommend her professionalism in all aspects of buying a home.

Ginger helped us buy our first house about 6 years ago, and recently she and Melani helped us sell our house and buy a new home! They are a strong team that helped us navigate all of the ups and downs with confidence. They were always available for questions, always working behind the scenes to keep things moving, and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate their experience and skill, and they were also kind and reassuring when challenges popped up. We couldn’t have done it without them and I would absolutely reach out again or refer to family and friends!

I enjoyed working with Ginger Matney. She was honest and helpful when it came to any questions I asked about the houses. I would recommend her and use her services again.

Purchasing our first investment property with Ginger was a wonderful experience. She was there to explain everything along the way and her knowledge/advice is nothing short of priceless. We look forward to working with her for all of our investment needs.

Melani was incredible to work with throughout the entire process! She knows what she is doing and was so helpful. She made sure that she was available to answer any questions that I had and was very organized, which helped when there were deadlines coming up that we had to meet.

We’ve done business with Melani on two occasions – purchasing a home and a condo over the past few years. She is professional, knowledgeable, organized and has excellent follow-through. With a real estate transaction that involved some difficult personalities, she was adept at dealing with some delicate interpersonal situations. Melani was strong when she needed to be, and also patient and diplomatic when she needed to be. At all times, she had our backs and advocated for our best interests. She also approached tricky situations with good humor which was also appreciated! I’d highly…

Great people to work with. Took care of everything.

We have known and worked with Ginger and her team for over 10 years. Ginger, Brittany, and Penni are awesome. They’ve helped me buy and sell houses 7 times and always with professionalism and patience and always good advice. My trust factor in them is really high. They’ve also helped me with their property management service- as an absentee landlord, they have really made my life easier. I highly recommend Elevate Real Estate home buyers and investors alike!

Ginger and Brittany at Elevate Real Estate made our move from hundreds of miles away so easy and fun. Our closing details and actual closing were seamless. Thanks girls for giving us the home of our dreams!

Melani and Ginger were recommended to us by a friend, and we have not regretted this decision to retain them as our realtors. We placed our home on the market just as interest rates started to go up and the housing market started to cool. Melani and Ginger were tireless in their efforts to keep our house on the front burner, they provided excellent advice and when things did not happen as fast as we would have liked, they were right there with sound encouragement. We would recommend Melani, Ginger, and their team at Elevate Real Estate for anyone’s real…

We worked with Ginger for several months. She was very patient with us and our need to find just the right house. She asked us good questions and brought up good points to help us with decision making. Ginger is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about educating her clients. Thanks Ginger!

My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…
