Ginger and her team are the best. They are not just help me buy and sell my house, they are doing so much after the closing. I really appreciate it and will refer them to all my friends.

Hiring Ginger as my realtor was one of the best decisions I have made. I needed to find “the perfect house” in a short period of time. She worked very hard to make that happen for me and believe me, that was no easy task. I’m very particular, and not always easy to work with. But Ginger really listened to my needs and wants, and showed me only those houses that met my criteria. She was always available and flexible. Ginger was great at answering any questions, or calming any concerns I had. She always returned my phone calls promptly…

Working with Ginger and her associates @ Elevate Real Estate was wonderful! They made the process of selling my townhome easy and hassle free during a very stressful time in my life. I recommend them to everyone!

Ginger was definitely a joy to work with. She was very confident in her advice she gave us and had straight forward answers to the questions we asked. I would recommend her to anybody.

Just wanted to let you know we’ve used a couple of your guys from your vendor list that you sent out. We’ve had some struggles with our usually people and called your garage guy and egress window guy. They were both phenomenal. They communicate quickly and well, their bids were better than work we’ve had done in the past. Running our business from AZ can be challenging at times. Joe and I just want to let you know we appreciate your list!

Ginger helped us make our dream of owning a house in the mountains come true. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Ginger Matney was extremely patient and helpful in getting us through the process of purchasing out first house. She worked hard to respond to questions and set up showing as soon as possible. We looked at houses for about 6 months before finding the right one and never felt pressure to hurry up and buy. Ginger was also great about sticking to our budget and did not take us to any places that were outside of our prices range. We talked with other people using different agents who had drastically different experiences and we are very glad we went with…

I recently purchased my second investment property with Ginger and will continue to use her in the future. Having many rental properties herself, she knows first-hand what’s important and what isn’t. Her knowledge and insight is unmatched in the industry. She takes the time needed and is always happy to answer questions before AND after the sale. If you want a professional, use Ginger!

Ginger and her Team at Elevate Real Estate are hands down the best in the Denver Metro. We have bought and sold with them twice now with absolutely no problems. They are quick to communicate and make sure you have a stress free experience. These guys Rock!

Ginger is your choice for an amazing experienced agent in the Denver area! Her knowledge and support are par none! Call her today if you are in the market!

Ginger, Melani and everyone they work with are amazing. They’re kind, honest and patient. They were there with us every step of the way and helped us through everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Realtor.

My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…

The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. She is the most caring, thoughtful agent who made sure the job was done right and I was protected from anything that I didn’t see.The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. Ginger is wonderful, she is on top of her game. My husband and I never thought we would be able to invest in properties. Ginger said she could make it happen and she did. We owe all of our success to her. Ginger is the real deal!

Ginger helped us find “our” house and we felt great about our final decision. We really trust her business sense. We will call Ginger again when we are selling in the future!

Thank you for the wonderful experience we enjoyed while staying in your rental home. You and Brad were responsive, and could not have been better to deal with. There are always “unknowns” that tenants feel when dealing with Landlords and property managers, but you have been the absolute best. Your accommodating pet policy and reasonable rental rates were greatly appreciated, and make you number one!

Melani Hensley was my real Estate agent and she did lots of research around neighborhood where I’m purchasing the property and she made a folder for me to look. From beginning to end she answered all my questions. I’m very happy that she was my agent.

Great people to work with. Took care of everything.

It was such a pleasure to work with Ginger and her team! They all were very professional and prompt with everything related to our purchase. Ginger went above and beyond in so many ways to facilitate the purchase of our condo so we can be near our family. Ginger and the team at Elevate real estate ARE THE BEST!

We worked with Ginger for several months. She was very patient with us and our need to find just the right house. She asked us good questions and brought up good points to help us with decision making. Ginger is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about educating her clients. Thanks Ginger!
