Recommended Professionals

Ginger and Pam are great to work with. They really listen to what you are looking for and go way beyond the call of duty during the process. I have and will continue to recommend Ginger to friends and colleagues.

“Melani was amazing!Every aspect of our experience was incredible. Her communication was clear, knowledgable and professional. She was personable, warm and friendly, making her so easy to work with. She advocated for us (as we were not locals) and made us feel like we were her only priority. We love our home and highly recommend Melani to anyone looking for a realtor in the area!”

Melani Hensley was my real Estate agent and she did lots of research around neighborhood where I’m purchasing the property and she made a folder for me to look. From beginning to end she answered all my questions. I’m very happy that she was my agent.

Ginger and her team are extraordinary. Ginger was able to quickly understand our needs, communicate well and get us exactly what we were looking for. I have never met a harder working, more knowledable real estate agent-and she is an incredible person on top of it. Her expertise and knowledge is unparalled. We would highly, highly recommend her!

I can sincerely say, I would not be sitting in my house today if it wasn’t for Ginger. She worked tirelessly with us, on evenings and weekends to get us into our dream home. She understood what was most important to us in our house goals and delivered on every single aspect. We are forever grateful for Ginger and her team. We could not be happier in the beautiful home we purchased.

Pam and Ginger went the extra mile to sell my home. Time was spent staging the inside of the house and seeing that flyers were always available in the realtor’s box. They even shoveled snow and sweep the floors. I felt both of them worked very hard at selling my home and I would highly recommend them for any home sale.

I’ve worked with other realtors, and none have the all-around expertise that I’ve experienced with you. There was never a question you couldn’t answer and the advice and objective input you offered during the sale of my home was invaluable. You provided me with a level of comfort that made my role in the selling process seem easy. Additionally, I still use your website for references to recommended professionals – another great service you offer that continues to help me!

“Melani helped me and my husband find our forever home. She worked so much for us and helped us with everything we needed. With this crazy housing market, where everything is all about appraisal gaps, over listing prices and cash offers, she worked for our benefit to have us close for what the appraisal prices was, without any appraisal gaps! My husband and I have found our forever realtor in Melani, at least for as long as we live in Colorado.”

Ginger is a fabulous REALTOR. She knows the market very well, and I was impressed by her knowledge about marketing real estate. It was a pleasure working with Ginger and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell real estate. Ginger, thanks for the wonderful experience in selling my home.

My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…

The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. She is the most caring, thoughtful agent who made sure the job was done right and I was protected from anything that I didn’t see.The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. We had a wonderful experience working with Ginger. From the beginning, she was in tune with our needs and what we were truly looking for in a property. She is up-front and honest, and I trust working with her 100%. She is very thorough and we never felt as if we were wasting time in the home search. At any point, she was able to make time for us in looking at properties, and always gave us her honest opinion when we asked for it. I refer all of my friends and family to Ginger, as we had such a…

I already talked with your HVAC guy and will be using him on our current flip. You saved me $1,300 by using him. A BIG thank you to to you!!! You have also given me that rental cd in the past. I have used that many times for my rental properties!!!! You’re the best. Most people keep their knowledge close to them and protect it. You on the other hand are not afraid to share it to help others become more knowledgeable, save them time and MONEY too!

Just wanted to let you know we’ve used a couple of your guys from your vendor list that you sent out. We’ve had some struggles with our usually people and called your garage guy and egress window guy. They were both phenomenal. They communicate quickly and well, their bids were better than work we’ve had done in the past. Running our business from AZ can be challenging at times. Joe and I just want to let you know we appreciate your list!

As first time home buyers, we were lost on where to even start. Luckily, we were recommended to Elevate! The amount of knowledge about the local market they possess is outstanding. Not to mention their ability to be easily reached and their communication is outstanding! I honestly tell everyone I know that if they are selling/buying that they have to use Ginger! They made the process to easy and simple!

Ginger, Pam and Brittany always do a good job. We have used their services more than once and will continue to use them when needed. Thank you ladies!

Working with you was amazing from start to finish!! Thank you!

Ginger is wonderful, she is on top of her game. My husband and I never thought we would be able to invest in properties. Ginger said she could make it happen and she did. We owe all of our success to her. Ginger is the real deal!

Melani was helpful, prepared, kind, and beyond wonderful to work with. We truly wouldn’t have been able to buy a home without her Hard work and expertise. She went above and beyond with us every step of the way, and I would absolutely recommend Melani to everyone looking to buy or sell.

Ginger helped us buy our first house about 6 years ago, and recently she and Melani helped us sell our house and buy a new home! They are a strong team that helped us navigate all of the ups and downs with confidence. They were always available for questions, always working behind the scenes to keep things moving, and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate their experience and skill, and they were also kind and reassuring when challenges popped up. We couldn’t have done it without them and I would absolutely reach out again or refer to family and friends!

Ginger is a super realtor. She is very knowledgeable in both owner occupied and rental properties. She is always accommodating to our needs and is there for us when we need her. Thank you Ginger for all you do!

If you are looking for someone who will have your back through the process Melani is someone who will. She is diligent, thoughtful, and cares immensely. She is also a great teacher of the process. I am so glad I had her in my corner.

Ginger was very helpful to me selling my home (in a very tough market.) She gave great advice on what to fix and what to “let go.” There was very little stress i the preparation and very little during the negotiations. All went very smoothly. She keeps her promises!!

Melani and her whole team were fantastic from start to finish. From buying to selling, they were always quick to respond, handled any bumps in the road smoothly, and made the whole process feel easy. Even after closing, they connected us with trusted pros to help with home projects—huge plus! We’d work with Melani again in a heartbeat.
