2nd House from Ginger. Both experiences were EASY! Personal attention and care to our needs makes ginger the best! Has the experience to get what we wanted and in many cases what we didn’t want. Will definitely work with Ginger on all of our Real Estate needs in the future!

Ginger and her team are truly the best of the best. I have bought and sold with her numerous times. She puts her clients needs and best interests first, always. Working with her and her team makes the process so much easier and more seamless. Thanks Ginger, Pamela and Brittany!

“I would give Elevate Real Estate a rating of 5 out of 5! Ginger and Amber were great to work with during the sale of my condo. I will use them again for any of my real estate needs.”

(Melani Hensley) Thank you so much for everything!! You have been amazing!! All within a year you helped me buy a house and sell a house and I’m so grateful for you! ❤️

My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…

Ginger, Melani and everyone they work with are amazing. They’re kind, honest and patient. They were there with us every step of the way and helped us through everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Realtor.

Elevate Real Estate is truly a cut above the rest. I have bought and sold 3 houses in the Denver Metro area. This transaction was by far the easiest, quickest, and most successful of them all. When researching Real Estate Brokers I thought Who better to represent me in this transaction than A Broker who is also a law school graduate. The notion of added security, In an area that I know little about, certainly helped me sleep better at night. Upon interviewing Ginger & Pam their Knowledge and Confidence, and commitment in selling my house quickly & for top…

Melani was so great to work with! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and organized. She took on tasks and I didn’t have to worry a bout anything. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly!! Super impressed.

Ginger was very personable and easy to work with. I found the technology easy to use and paperwork was stress free and simple to do. Ginger was very punctual, prompt and friendly. I felt comfortable asking her questions and she made every effort to find a home I am satisfied with. I would recommend Ginger to a friend.

Effective, Honest, Fast Responses! Always knew facts whether I liked them or not. Positive! Brittany’s strength, knowledge and determination gave us strength. We had a very good and special time. She was very helpful! Thank you!

Ginger is very conscientious and a good listener. She works hard for her clients and is only satisfied when they are. Plus, she is lot of fun and has boundless energy. I am happy to call her my friend.

Ginger helped us make our dream of owning a house in the mountains come true. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn’t have done it without her!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with you as you are very honest and realistic. It was a great relief not having to worry about ANYTHING because you were very organized and kept me informed and updated at all times. Thanks Ginger!

Ginger as always was a pleasure to work with. this was our third home in 5 years we purchased with the help of Ginger. She took a lot of the stress of buying a home off of us. We have recommended many friends and family to her. We love her and all of her knowledge, thank you again Ginger.

Melani Hensley was my real Estate agent and she did lots of research around neighborhood where I’m purchasing the property and she made a folder for me to look. From beginning to end she answered all my questions. I’m very happy that she was my agent.

Thanks for providing a nice and easy selling of my house! Thanks so much for the gift card too! Yum!

Working with Ginger and her associates @ Elevate Real Estate was wonderful! They made the process of selling my townhome easy and hassle free during a very stressful time in my life. I recommend them to everyone!

Ginger was the most attentive agent I could have hoped to work with. She was constantly fighting for my best interests and did not stop until I found the exact home I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay for it. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an agent who puts their best interest at #1!

We worked with Ginger and Brittany for 4 months. The market is really tough and they were so patient with us. They would come out to show us just one house when needed on short notice. They helped us with every question we had, no matter how small or big. We felt so comfortable with them throughout this process. They made this scary process so much easier. We are thrilled with our home! But we both miss seeing and talking with them on a regular basis! We are definitely going to recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you so…

I was a first time home buyer in a buyers market and still did not have luck with finding a decent REALTOR! After 2 other REALTORS I found Ginger and I will never go to anyone else! She makes you feel like you are her only client and she works at lightning speed to get you what you want. If you’re not happy, she’s already 3 other options for you! Thanks!

Ginger went above and beyond to help me find my new home. She was tireless and brought a very positive energy and spirit into the search. She was always available to respond to my concerns via phone, text or email. When time was of the essence and Ginger could not be available for a showing, Melani filled in admirably and cheerfully. I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend Elevate Real Estate!

Great people to work with. Took care of everything.
