Melani and her whole team were fantastic from start to finish. From buying to selling, they were always quick to respond, handled any bumps in the road smoothly, and made the whole process feel easy. Even after closing, they connected us with trusted pros to help with home projects—huge plus! We’d work with Melani again in a heartbeat.

From Linked In: “Ginger is — bottom line — an outstanding real estate agent. She exudes professionalism, integrity, and personability. Also, being that I was a first time home buyer, she was extremely patient and willing to explain processes that were completely foreign to me.Jay Stooksberry

- I recently purchased my second investment property with Ginger and will continue to use her in the future. Having many rental properties herself, she knows first-hand what’s important and what isn’t. Her knowledge and insight is unmatched in the industry. She takes the time needed and is always happy to answer questions before AND after the sale. If you want a professional, use Ginger!

Ginger helped us buy our first house about 6 years ago, and recently she and Melani helped us sell our house and buy a new home! They are a strong team that helped us navigate all of the ups and downs with confidence. They were always available for questions, always working behind the scenes to keep things moving, and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate their experience and skill, and they were also kind and reassuring when challenges popped up. We couldn’t have done it without them and I would absolutely reach out again or refer to family and friends!

We would highly, highly recommend her!Nicole S.

2nd House from Ginger. Both experiences were EASY! Personal attention and care to our needs makes ginger the best! Has the experience to get what we wanted and in many cases what we didn’t want. Will definitely work with Ginger on all of our Real Estate needs in the future!Conan and Jean Fischer
I was a first time home buyer in a buyers market and still did not have luck with finding a decent REALTOR! After 2 other REALTORS I found Ginger and I will never go to anyone else! She makes you feel like you are her only client and she works at lightning speed to get you what you want. If you’re not happy, she’s already 3 other options for you! Thanks!Dion Barela
- Ginger was the most attentive agent I could have hoped to work with. She was constantly fighting for my best interests and did not stop until I found the exact home I wanted for exactly what I wanted to pay for it. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an agent who puts their best interest at #1!

This was our first time buying a house and Ginger was our mentor as well as our REALTOR. She looked out for our best interests while keeping our wants and keeps in mind. For instance, she would say “no” to houses that were appealing, but had some serious flaw that would end up hurting our pockets in the long run.Kelly Knightingale & Jay Wilms
Purchasing our first investment property with Ginger was a wonderful experience. She was there to explain everything along the way and her knowledge/advice is nothing short of priceless. We look forward to working with her for all of our investment needs.Xavier & Laura Pfister
- My townhome was a bit challenging to sell in this volatile market but Melani and Ginger stayed optimistic and persistent on getting it sold. They communicated with me what they were doing and gave me great advice on some tough decisions to get it sold. I have bought and sold numerous houses with Elevate Real Estate and will continue to do so. They are a fantastic team to work with.

Elevate Real Estate did a great job in analyzing the market potential for our property and then selling it. It sold within 1% of where they told us it would sell, which is certainly very accurate. They also gave us lots of advice on repairs and upgrades that were needed, and how to stage it for showings. It was a very pleasant and successful experience, with the desired outcome. We would highly recommend them for all your Real Estate needs.Bob Child
Ginger and her team are personal and authentic! They truly have your best interest at heart and work hard to provide unmatched expertise on both ends of the buying process.Anonymous

Ginger was very helpful to me selling my home (in a very tough market.) She gave great advice on what to fix and what to “let go.” There was very little stress i the preparation and very little during the negotiations. All went very smoothly. She keeps her promises!!Judy Mayne
Ginger Matney was extremely patient and helpful in getting us through the process of purchasing out first house. She worked hard to respond to questions and set up showing as soon as possible. We looked at houses for about 6 months before finding the right one and never felt pressure to hurry up and buy. Ginger was also great about sticking to our budget and did not take us to any places that were outside of our prices range. We talked with other people using different agents who had drastically different experiences and we are very glad we went with…Brandy & Spencer Logan
