Recommended Professionals

Pam and Ginger went the extra mile to sell my home. Time was spent staging the inside of the house and seeing that flyers were always available in the realtor’s box. They even shoveled snow and sweep the floors. I felt both of them worked very hard at selling my home and I would highly recommend them for any home sale.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and concerned about beginning the home buying process in such a crazy market. Luckily, I was recommended to reach out to Ginger and her team to help me through the process, and that was the best recommendation I’ve ever received. Ginger, Mel, and the rest of the Elevate team were some of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate people I’ve ever had the joy of working with. They never hesitated to answer questions or concerns I had about the process, and their impressive knowledge of the market and the home…

Ginger and Brittany at Elevate Real Estate made our move from hundreds of miles away so easy and fun. Our closing details and actual closing were seamless. Thanks girls for giving us the home of our dreams!

We have purchased multiple homes (both primary and rental properties) with Elevate Real Estate and highly recommend them. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, hard working, and has been the reason we have personally gotten 2 houses (the seller’s agent even told us so). You cannot go wrong with Elevate Real Estate for your personal or rental property needs.

Ginger has worked with us on the sale and purchase of several homes since 2015. She has been excellent in her search and advice, really waiting for the right property and giving excellent advice on updating for sale and purchased properties. I highly recommend her.

From Linked In: “Ginger is — bottom line — an outstanding real estate agent. She exudes professionalism, integrity, and personability. Also, being that I was a first time home buyer, she was extremely patient and willing to explain processes that were completely foreign to me.

If you are looking for someone who will have your back through the process Melani is someone who will. She is diligent, thoughtful, and cares immensely. She is also a great teacher of the process. I am so glad I had her in my corner.

We had a great experience with Elevate Real Estate while buying our home. Penni and Ginger were both knowledgeable and attentive. Everything went without a hitch. We would highly recommend them!

My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…

Ginger went above and beyond to help me find my new home. She was tireless and brought a very positive energy and spirit into the search. She was always available to respond to my concerns via phone, text or email. When time was of the essence and Ginger could not be available for a showing, Melani filled in admirably and cheerfully. I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend Elevate Real Estate!

Melani and Ginger were recommended to us by a friend, and we have not regretted this decision to retain them as our realtors. We placed our home on the market just as interest rates started to go up and the housing market started to cool. Melani and Ginger were tireless in their efforts to keep our house on the front burner, they provided excellent advice and when things did not happen as fast as we would have liked, they were right there with sound encouragement. We would recommend Melani, Ginger, and their team at Elevate Real Estate for anyone’s real…

As first time home buyers, we were lost on where to even start. Luckily, we were recommended to Elevate! The amount of knowledge about the local market they possess is outstanding. Not to mention their ability to be easily reached and their communication is outstanding! I honestly tell everyone I know that if they are selling/buying that they have to use Ginger! They made the process to easy and simple!

Can’t say enough awesome things about this team of ladies! If it weren’t for their hard work & compassion for what they do I would NOT have my dream home! For any & all future real estate needs Ginger & Elevate will be my only go to!

Ginger has helped us purchase 2 homes in the area. She is a very knowledgeable person in both income property and residential (owner occupied). Ginger’s expertise in these area’s has helped us purchase homes in good areas around Denver. We recommend her professionalism in all aspects of buying a home.

Ginger helped us find “our” house and we felt great about our final decision. We really trust her business sense. We will call Ginger again when we are selling in the future!

Thanks for providing a nice and easy selling of my house! Thanks so much for the gift card too! Yum!

Ginger was very personable and easy to work with. I found the technology easy to use and paperwork was stress free and simple to do. Ginger was very punctual, prompt and friendly. I felt comfortable asking her questions and she made every effort to find a home I am satisfied with. I would recommend Ginger to a friend.

(Melani Hensley) Thank you so much for everything!! You have been amazing!! All within a year you helped me buy a house and sell a house and I’m so grateful for you! ❤️

This was our first time buying a house and Ginger was our mentor as well as our REALTOR. She looked out for our best interests while keeping our wants and keeps in mind. For instance, she would say “no” to houses that were appealing, but had some serious flaw that would end up hurting our pockets in the long run.

Ginger is a super realtor. She is very knowledgeable in both owner occupied and rental properties. She is always accommodating to our needs and is there for us when we need her. Thank you Ginger for all you do!

Ginger is a wonderful person to work with. She always puts your thoughts/concerns first. We have used her on both of our house purchases/sales and will continue to use her!

I was a first time home buyer and was nervous enough! I started months before I was ready! Ginger walked me through every detail and made me extremely comfortable. She was very patient, kind and respectful. Most importantly, she listened. Ginger worked diligently to find the perfect house and never got away from my goals. She will make sure you find a house that meets your needs. Ginger is a true professional and I recommend her to everyone that needs real estate help. Thanks Ginger!

Melani was incredible to work with throughout the entire process! She knows what she is doing and was so helpful. She made sure that she was available to answer any questions that I had and was very organized, which helped when there were deadlines coming up that we had to meet.

Hiring Ginger as my realtor was one of the best decisions I have made. I needed to find “the perfect house” in a short period of time. She worked very hard to make that happen for me and believe me, that was no easy task. I’m very particular, and not always easy to work with. But Ginger really listened to my needs and wants, and showed me only those houses that met my criteria. She was always available and flexible. Ginger was great at answering any questions, or calming any concerns I had. She always returned my phone calls promptly…
