She makes you feel like you are her only client and she works at lightning speed to get you what you want. If you’re not happy, she’s already 3 other options for you! Thanks!Dion Barela

“We interviewed four realtors recommended to us by our neighbors and friends and selected Elevate Real Estate. We were impressed with their innovative marketing and business practices other realtors didn’t;t seem to have. We knew we could rely on and trust the team at Elevate Real Estate to sell our home and they proved that to us from the day our “For Sale” sign went up until the we closed our home!”

Melani is amazing! As a first time homeowner the buying process was very intimidating. Melani made the process so smooth and stress free. She is amazing at what she does and goes above and beyond. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything along the way. I found the perfect home and thanks to Melani’s hard work we had an accepted offer the same day the home went on the market. The realtor on the other side made a comment about how lucky I was to have her and I couldn’t agree more! I will always recommend…

We have purchased multiple homes (both primary and rental properties) with Elevate Real Estate and highly recommend them. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, hard working, and has been the reason we have personally gotten 2 houses (the seller’s agent even told us so). You cannot go wrong with Elevate Real Estate for your personal or rental property needs.

- Elevate Real Estate is truly a cut above the rest. I have bought and sold 3 houses in the Denver Metro area. This transaction was by far the easiest, quickest, and most successful of them all. When researching Real Estate Brokers I thought Who better to represent me in this transaction than A Broker who is also a law school graduate. The notion of added security, In an area that I know little about, certainly helped me sleep better at night. Upon interviewing Ginger & Pam their Knowledge and Confidence, and commitment in selling my house quickly & for top…

Ginger and Elevate Real Estate were fabulous to work with in selling my townhome. Ginger or someone on the team were always available to answer all of my questions. Ginger was always thinking in my best interest and talked me through all options for every decision I had to make. Even though I had to move across the country to my new job before my home sold, Ginger cared for it like it was her own. Selling my home through Ginger and Elevate Real Estate was relatively stress free.Colette Charbonneau
I already talked with your HVAC guy and will be using him on our current flip. You saved me $1,300 by using him. A BIG thank you to to you!!! You have also given me that rental cd in the past. I have used that many times for my rental properties!!!! You’re the best. Most people keep their knowledge close to them and protect it. You on the other hand are not afraid to share it to help others become more knowledgeable, save them time and MONEY too!Cathy Hasse
