This team is awesome! They have consistently gone above and beyond to not only find our new home but to deal with any issues that arose both before and after our purchase. As first time home buyers, the team throughly and completely answered all of our questions. And there were a lot! Thank you for all your help!Leo and Meaghan Albanese
Ginger Matney was extremely patient and helpful in getting us through the process of purchasing out first house. She worked hard to respond to questions and set up showing as soon as possible. We looked at houses for about 6 months before finding the right one and never felt pressure to hurry up and buy. Ginger was also great about sticking to our budget and did not take us to any places that were outside of our prices range. We talked with other people using different agents who had drastically different experiences and we are very glad we went with…Brandy & Spencer Logan

Ginger and her team are truly the best of the best. I have bought and sold with her numerous times. She puts her clients needs and best interests first, always. Working with her and her team makes the process so much easier and more seamless. Thanks Ginger, Pamela and Brittany!Jenna Lucero
“Melani helped me and my husband find our forever home. She worked so much for us and helped us with everything we needed. With this crazy housing market, where everything is all about appraisal gaps, over listing prices and cash offers, she worked for our benefit to have us close for what the appraisal prices was, without any appraisal gaps! My husband and I have found our forever realtor in Melani, at least for as long as we live in Colorado.”Blaise and Eric Burley
- Ginger helped us find “our” house and we felt great about our final decision. We really trust her business sense. We will call Ginger again when we are selling in the future!

Ginger was very helpful to me selling my home (in a very tough market.) She gave great advice on what to fix and what to “let go.” There was very little stress i the preparation and very little during the negotiations. All went very smoothly. She keeps her promises!!Judy Mayne

- We’ve done business with Melani on two occasions – purchasing a home and a condo over the past few years. She is professional, knowledgeable, organized and has excellent follow-through. With a real estate transaction that involved some difficult personalities, she was adept at dealing with some delicate interpersonal situations. Melani was strong when she needed to be, and also patient and diplomatic when she needed to be. At all times, she had our backs and advocated for our best interests. She also approached tricky situations with good humor which was also appreciated! I’d highly…

Ginger and Melani were an amazing team that helped my wife and I buy our first house! Ginger came highly recommended from family and friends and she did not disappoint. Their experience with the real estate market helped us put together a compelling offer that was ultimately accepted! You don’t just get great realtors, either! They have a network of excellent handymen and technicians that gave us honest and fair assessments of the state of our house. When it comes time to move again, I’ll be sure to call Ginger and Melani first!

The team at Elevate Real Estate made our transition to Denver & home buying experience much easier to deal with. They were responsive & helped us find our home within our budget with a location we wanted.Cole and Allie
- Ginger helped us buy our first house about 6 years ago, and recently she and Melani helped us sell our house and buy a new home! They are a strong team that helped us navigate all of the ups and downs with confidence. They were always available for questions, always working behind the scenes to keep things moving, and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate their experience and skill, and they were also kind and reassuring when challenges popped up. We couldn’t have done it without them and I would absolutely reach out again or refer to family and friends!

Melani was great to work with! She helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. She was always willing to talk on the phone to explain contracts and ensured we were comfortable with what we were getting ourselves into. She showed us houses on multiple days and would accommodate our busy schedules. She is very honest and encouraging.

Ginger is a super realtor. She is very knowledgeable in both owner occupied and rental properties. She is always accommodating to our needs and is there for us when we need her. Thank you Ginger for all you do!Denise Morgante
- Our family has worked with Ginger to buy personal homes and investment properties for more than a decade. When my husband and I were looking for our perfect home, we wouldn’t have dreamed of calling anyone but Ginger (and we got to know and work with Melani during the process and she’s also awesome). Any realtor can show you a home and walk you through the buying process, but it takes a very special realtor to be well-versed in home construction and have a solid understanding of electrical, HVAC, foundations, etc. to guide you through how to evaluate a home…

Ginger is a fabulous REALTOR. She knows the market very well, and I was impressed by her knowledge about marketing real estate. It was a pleasure working with Ginger and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell real estate. Ginger, thanks for the wonderful experience in selling my home.Stephen Geyer
I can sincerely say, I would not be sitting in my house today if it wasn’t for Ginger. She worked tirelessly with us, on evenings and weekends to get us into our dream home. She understood what was most important to us in our house goals and delivered on every single aspect. We are forever grateful for Ginger and her team. We could not be happier in the beautiful home we purchased.
