“Melani helped me and my husband find our forever home. She worked so much for us and helped us with everything we needed. With this crazy housing market, where everything is all about appraisal gaps, over listing prices and cash offers, she worked for our benefit to have us close for what the appraisal prices was, without any appraisal gaps! My husband and I have found our forever realtor in Melani, at least for as long as we live in Colorado.”

Melani, We wanted to thank you for everything you’ve done for us. You were so pleasant to work with, so kind and caring and you always brought a smile to face. That has to be such a tough role and the amount of patience needed can only be met by the select few and you are one of them! Thank you for guiding us every step of the way and getting us to the point where we officially get to say…WE ARE HOMEOWNERS! Nothing makes me happier. Thanks again for everything, keep in touch!…

- I can sincerely say, I would not be sitting in my house today if it wasn’t for Ginger. She worked tirelessly with us, on evenings and weekends to get us into our dream home. She understood what was most important to us in our house goals and delivered on every single aspect. We are forever grateful for Ginger and her team. We could not be happier in the beautiful home we purchased.

Melani Hensley was my real Estate agent and she did lots of research around neighborhood where I’m purchasing the property and she made a folder for me to look. From beginning to end she answered all my questions. I’m very happy that she was my agent.

I was a first time home buyer and was nervous enough! I started months before I was ready! Ginger walked me through every detail and made me extremely comfortable. She was very patient, kind and respectful. Most importantly, she listened. Ginger worked diligently to find the perfect house and never got away from my goals. She will make sure you find a house that meets your needs. Ginger is a true professional and I recommend her to everyone that needs real estate help. Thanks Ginger!Wes Adams
Elevate Real Estate is truly a cut above the rest. I have bought and sold 3 houses in the Denver Metro area. This transaction was by far the easiest, quickest, and most successful of them all. When researching Real Estate Brokers I thought Who better to represent me in this transaction than A Broker who is also a law school graduate. The notion of added security, In an area that I know little about, certainly helped me sleep better at night. Upon interviewing Ginger & Pam their Knowledge and Confidence, and commitment in selling my house quickly & for top…Jeff R.
- Just wanted to let you know we’ve used a couple of your guys from your vendor list that you sent out. We’ve had some struggles with our usually people and called your garage guy and egress window guy. They were both phenomenal. They communicate quickly and well, their bids were better than work we’ve had done in the past. Running our business from AZ can be challenging at times. Joe and I just want to let you know we appreciate your list!

This team is awesome! They have consistently gone above and beyond to not only find our new home but to deal with any issues that arose both before and after our purchase. As first time home buyers, the team throughly and completely answered all of our questions. And there were a lot! Thank you for all your help!Leo and Meaghan Albanese
Ginger and Elevate Real Estate were fabulous to work with in selling my townhome. Ginger or someone on the team were always available to answer all of my questions. Ginger was always thinking in my best interest and talked me through all options for every decision I had to make. Even though I had to move across the country to my new job before my home sold, Ginger cared for it like it was her own. Selling my home through Ginger and Elevate Real Estate was relatively stress free.Colette Charbonneau

- My wife and I recently purchased a second home in the Denver area. We chose Ginger Matney as our realtor. Ginger was knowledgeable, friendly, kind and fun to be around. I have owned (in the not too distant past) a medium sized, very successful, 26 agent real estate company. I have seen all kinds of agents. I have to say that Ginger has a very high level of professionalism that is seldom seen in an agent at her age. Ginger saw that the closing went very smooth and no detail was left out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ginger for…

- If you are looking for someone who will have your back through the process Melani is someone who will. She is diligent, thoughtful, and cares immensely. She is also a great teacher of the process. I am so glad I had her in my corner.

Ginger and her crew were OUTSTANDING! They had so much patience with me looking through some 80+ houses and my changing requirements. All of them made it come together and found us the house we wanted. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our family has worked with Ginger to buy personal homes and investment properties for more than a decade. When my husband and I were looking for our perfect home, we wouldn’t have dreamed of calling anyone but Ginger (and we got to know and work with Melani during the process and she’s also awesome). Any realtor can show you a home and walk you through the buying process, but it takes a very special realtor to be well-versed in home construction and have a solid understanding of electrical, HVAC, foundations, etc. to guide you through how to evaluate a home…
