Ginger helped us find “our” house and we felt great about our final decision. We really trust her business sense. We will call Ginger again when we are selling in the future!

Ginger is a wonderful person to work with. She always puts your thoughts/concerns first. We have used her on both of our house purchases/sales and will continue to use her!

Worked with Elevate Real Estate before and didn’t hesitate to contact them again to help us sell another property we owned. Elevate’s team had a professional photographer take great photos and flyers for the listing and had our condo posted in less than a week.  Highly recommend you consider using them for your future real estate needs.

Ginger was definitely a joy to work with. She was very confident in her advice she gave us and had straight forward answers to the questions we asked. I would recommend her to anybody.

We had a great experience with Elevate Real Estate while buying our home. Penni and Ginger were both knowledgeable and attentive. Everything went without a hitch. We would highly recommend them!

The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. She is the most caring, thoughtful agent who made sure the job was done right and I was protected from anything that I didn’t see.The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. Ginger, Melani and everyone they work with are amazing. They’re kind, honest and patient. They were there with us every step of the way and helped us through everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Realtor.

2nd House from Ginger. Both experiences were EASY! Personal attention and care to our needs makes ginger the best! Has the experience to get what we wanted and in many cases what we didn’t want. Will definitely work with Ginger on all of our Real Estate needs in the future!

We had a wonderful experience working with Ginger. From the beginning, she was in tune with our needs and what we were truly looking for in a property. She is up-front and honest, and I trust working with her 100%. She is very thorough and we never felt as if we were wasting time in the home search. At any point, she was able to make time for us in looking at properties, and always gave us her honest opinion when we asked for it. I refer all of my friends and family to Ginger, as we had such a…

Melani, We wanted to thank you for everything you’ve done for us. You were so pleasant to work with, so kind and caring and you always brought a smile to face. That has to be such a tough role and the amount of patience needed can only be met by the select few and you are one of them! Thank you for guiding us every step of the way and getting us to the point where we officially get to say…WE ARE HOMEOWNERS! Nothing makes me happier. Thanks again for everything, keep in touch!…

I enthusiastically recommend Elevate Real Estate for their exceptional flexibility, unwavering availability, and invaluable assistance throughout the home purchase process. Ginger and Melanie went above and beyond in guiding a first-time home buyer through a highly competitive market, offering extensive knowledge on pricing, available options, closing procedures, and every step in between. Their positivity and friendliness throughout made the entire experience remarkably positive and stress-free.

“We interviewed four realtors recommended to us by our neighbors and friends and selected Elevate Real Estate. We were impressed with their innovative marketing and business practices other realtors didn’t;t seem to have. We knew we could rely on and trust the team at Elevate Real Estate to sell our home and they proved that to us from the day our “For Sale” sign went up until the we closed our home!”

Purchasing our first investment property with Ginger was a wonderful experience. She was there to explain everything along the way and her knowledge/advice is nothing short of priceless. We look forward to working with her for all of our investment needs.

(Melani Hensley) Thank you so much for everything!! You have been amazing!! All within a year you helped me buy a house and sell a house and I’m so grateful for you! ❤️

Ginger and her team are truly the best of the best. I have bought and sold with her numerous times. She puts her clients needs and best interests first, always. Working with her and her team makes the process so much easier and more seamless. Thanks Ginger, Pamela and Brittany!

My townhome was a bit challenging to sell in this volatile market but Melani and Ginger stayed optimistic and persistent on getting it sold. They communicated with me what they were doing and gave me great advice on some tough decisions to get it sold. I have bought and sold numerous houses with Elevate Real Estate and will continue to do so. They are a fantastic team to work with.

Just wanted to let you know we’ve used a couple of your guys from your vendor list that you sent out. We’ve had some struggles with our usually people and called your garage guy and egress window guy. They were both phenomenal. They communicate quickly and well, their bids were better than work we’ve had done in the past. Running our business from AZ can be challenging at times. Joe and I just want to let you know we appreciate your list!

Hiring Ginger as my realtor was one of the best decisions I have made. I needed to find “the perfect house” in a short period of time. She worked very hard to make that happen for me and believe me, that was no easy task. I’m very particular, and not always easy to work with. But Ginger really listened to my needs and wants, and showed me only those houses that met my criteria. She was always available and flexible. Ginger was great at answering any questions, or calming any concerns I had. She always returned my phone calls promptly…

Ginger never gave up on me! After looking at homes for a couple of months in 2009, I took almost a year hiatus from looking and then I resumed the search and put down multiple offers in my attempt to find my ream home. Ginger was always willing to go the extra mile and spend extra hours to help me get my home!

Thanks for providing a nice and easy selling of my house! Thanks so much for the gift card too! Yum!

Elevate Real Estate is truly a cut above the rest. I have bought and sold 3 houses in the Denver Metro area. This transaction was by far the easiest, quickest, and most successful of them all. When researching Real Estate Brokers I thought Who better to represent me in this transaction than A Broker who is also a law school graduate. The notion of added security, In an area that I know little about, certainly helped me sleep better at night. Upon interviewing Ginger & Pam their Knowledge and Confidence, and commitment in selling my house quickly & for top…

Melani sold my mom’s house and had to help us get it ready to list as well – the process was much quicker and easier than I assumed it would be. I was surprised by all the contractors her group had at their disposal. Melani found a buyer just a week after the house was finally ready to list, and we closed soon after. Her expertise and advice were welcomed and invaluable. I can’t thank her and the Elevate Real Estate team enough for all they did for us!  With much gratitude, Mark S.

Ginger and her Team at Elevate Real Estate are hands down the best in the Denver Metro. We have bought and sold with them twice now with absolutely no problems. They are quick to communicate and make sure you have a stress free experience. These guys Rock!

Ginger Matney was extremely patient and helpful in getting us through the process of purchasing out first house. She worked hard to respond to questions and set up showing as soon as possible. We looked at houses for about 6 months before finding the right one and never felt pressure to hurry up and buy. Ginger was also great about sticking to our budget and did not take us to any places that were outside of our prices range. We talked with other people using different agents who had drastically different experiences and we are very glad we went with…
