Ginger is one of THE BEST Real Estate Agents we have ever worked with!!! Can’t wait to buy our next house through Ginger because she made buying our first house less stressful, easy, and fun! I will continue to recommend her to everyone buying or selling a house.

Ginger, Pam and Brittany always do a good job. We have used their services more than once and will continue to use them when needed. Thank you ladies!

It was such a pleasure to work with Ginger and her team! They all were very professional and prompt with everything related to our purchase. Ginger went above and beyond in so many ways to facilitate the purchase of our condo so we can be near our family. Ginger and the team at Elevate real estate ARE THE BEST!

Thanks for providing a nice and easy selling of my house! Thanks so much for the gift card too! Yum!

Ginger as always was a pleasure to work with. this was our third home in 5 years we purchased with the help of Ginger. She took a lot of the stress of buying a home off of us. We have recommended many friends and family to her. We love her and all of her knowledge, thank you again Ginger.

If you are looking for someone who will have your back through the process Melani is someone who will. She is diligent, thoughtful, and cares immensely. She is also a great teacher of the process. I am so glad I had her in my corner.

Thank you for the wonderful experience we enjoyed while staying in your rental home. You and Brad were responsive, and could not have been better to deal with. There are always “unknowns” that tenants feel when dealing with Landlords and property managers, but you have been the absolute best. Your accommodating pet policy and reasonable rental rates were greatly appreciated, and make you number one!

We worked with Ginger for several months. She was very patient with us and our need to find just the right house. She asked us good questions and brought up good points to help us with decision making. Ginger is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about educating her clients. Thanks Ginger!

Ginger helped us buy our first house about 6 years ago, and recently she and Melani helped us sell our house and buy a new home! They are a strong team that helped us navigate all of the ups and downs with confidence. They were always available for questions, always working behind the scenes to keep things moving, and incredibly knowledgeable. I appreciate their experience and skill, and they were also kind and reassuring when challenges popped up. We couldn’t have done it without them and I would absolutely reach out again or refer to family and friends!

In my past experiences with other real estate agents, they were dishonest. They would tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign on with them only to come up short with what they promise they can do for you. Not Ginger! She is very honest and trustworthy! She fights for you and her values and morals makes her a great person to have in real estate, Thanks Ginger!

As first time home buyers, we were lost on where to even start. Luckily, we were recommended to Elevate! The amount of knowledge about the local market they possess is outstanding. Not to mention their ability to be easily reached and their communication is outstanding! I honestly tell everyone I know that if they are selling/buying that they have to use Ginger! They made the process to easy and simple!

Ginger went above and beyond to help me find my new home. She was tireless and brought a very positive energy and spirit into the search. She was always available to respond to my concerns via phone, text or email. When time was of the essence and Ginger could not be available for a showing, Melani filled in admirably and cheerfully. I wholeheartedly, without reservation, recommend Elevate Real Estate!

Ginger and Melani were an amazing team that helped my wife and I buy our first house! Ginger came highly recommended from family and friends and she did not disappoint. Their experience with the real estate market helped us put together a compelling offer that was ultimately accepted!  You don’t just get great realtors, either! They have a network of excellent handymen and technicians that gave us honest and fair assessments of the state of our house.  When it comes time to move again, I’ll be sure to call Ginger and Melani first!

“We couldn’t be happier with the services of Ginger and her team over the last 5 years! Ginger is a unique combination of extensive experience in the rental market and the knowledge of a lawyer. She is always available to support us in every possible way, and a wonderful person to work with, and so is her team!

My townhome was a bit challenging to sell in this volatile market but Melani and Ginger stayed optimistic and persistent on getting it sold. They communicated with me what they were doing and gave me great advice on some tough decisions to get it sold. I have bought and sold numerous houses with Elevate Real Estate and will continue to do so. They are a fantastic team to work with.

Just wanted to let you know we’ve used a couple of your guys from your vendor list that you sent out. We’ve had some struggles with our usually people and called your garage guy and egress window guy. They were both phenomenal. They communicate quickly and well, their bids were better than work we’ve had done in the past. Running our business from AZ can be challenging at times. Joe and I just want to let you know we appreciate your list!

The team at Elevate Real Estate made our transition to Denver & home buying experience much easier to deal with. They were responsive & helped us find our home within our budget with a location we wanted.

Ginger and her crew were OUTSTANDING! They had so much patience with me looking through some 80+ houses and my changing requirements. All of them made it come together and found us the house we wanted. I cannot recommend them enough!

Melani was helpful, prepared, kind, and beyond wonderful to work with. We truly wouldn’t have been able to buy a home without her Hard work and expertise. She went above and beyond with us every step of the way, and I would absolutely recommend Melani to everyone looking to buy or sell.

“Melani helped me and my husband find our forever home. She worked so much for us and helped us with everything we needed. With this crazy housing market, where everything is all about appraisal gaps, over listing prices and cash offers, she worked for our benefit to have us close for what the appraisal prices was, without any appraisal gaps! My husband and I have found our forever realtor in Melani, at least for as long as we live in Colorado.”

I can sincerely say, I would not be sitting in my house today if it wasn’t for Ginger. She worked tirelessly with us, on evenings and weekends to get us into our dream home. She understood what was most important to us in our house goals and delivered on every single aspect. We are forever grateful for Ginger and her team. We could not be happier in the beautiful home we purchased.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and concerned about beginning the home buying process in such a crazy market. Luckily, I was recommended to reach out to Ginger and her team to help me through the process, and that was the best recommendation I’ve ever received. Ginger, Mel, and the rest of the Elevate team were some of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate people I’ve ever had the joy of working with. They never hesitated to answer questions or concerns I had about the process, and their impressive knowledge of the market and the home…
