Ginger was very personable and easy to work with. I found the technology easy to use and paperwork was stress free and simple to do. Ginger was very punctual, prompt and friendly. I felt comfortable asking her questions and she made every effort to find a home I am satisfied with. I would recommend Ginger to a friend.

We have known and worked with Ginger and her team for over 10 years. Ginger, Brittany, and Penni are awesome. They’ve helped me buy and sell houses 7 times and always with professionalism and patience and always good advice. My trust factor in them is really high. They’ve also helped me with their property management service- as an absentee landlord, they have really made my life easier. I highly recommend Elevate Real Estate home buyers and investors alike!

Ginger is a wonderful person to work with. She always puts your thoughts/concerns first. We have used her on both of our house purchases/sales and will continue to use her!

Ginger is a fabulous REALTOR. She knows the market very well, and I was impressed by her knowledge about marketing real estate. It was a pleasure working with Ginger and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell real estate. Ginger, thanks for the wonderful experience in selling my home.

I already talked with your HVAC guy and will be using him on our current flip. You saved me $1,300 by using him. A BIG thank you to to you!!! You have also given me that rental cd in the past. I have used that many times for my rental properties!!!! You’re the best. Most people keep their knowledge close to them and protect it. You on the other hand are not afraid to share it to help others become more knowledgeable, save them time and MONEY too!

The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. She is the most caring, thoughtful agent who made sure the job was done right and I was protected from anything that I didn’t see.The intense work that Melani Hensley had to do was extremely impressive. In the confusing and often overwhelming world of Real Estate it was so reassuring to have Ginger by our side through the entire process of finding and purchasing our new home. She was always available to us no matter what the time or day and always made us feel like we were her only client. We will forever be grateful to Ginger as we believe she is the only reason our dream home became a reality! Thank you!

Ginger has worked with us on the sale and purchase of several homes since 2015. She has been excellent in her search and advice, really waiting for the right property and giving excellent advice on updating for sale and purchased properties. I highly recommend her.

It was such a pleasure to work with Ginger and her team! They all were very professional and prompt with everything related to our purchase. Ginger went above and beyond in so many ways to facilitate the purchase of our condo so we can be near our family. Ginger and the team at Elevate real estate ARE THE BEST!

“Melani helped me and my husband find our forever home. She worked so much for us and helped us with everything we needed. With this crazy housing market, where everything is all about appraisal gaps, over listing prices and cash offers, she worked for our benefit to have us close for what the appraisal prices was, without any appraisal gaps! My husband and I have found our forever realtor in Melani, at least for as long as we live in Colorado.”

As first time home buyers, we were lost on where to even start. Luckily, we were recommended to Elevate! The amount of knowledge about the local market they possess is outstanding. Not to mention their ability to be easily reached and their communication is outstanding! I honestly tell everyone I know that if they are selling/buying that they have to use Ginger! They made the process to easy and simple!

The whole Elevate Real Estate team is great. All are hard working, flexible and respectful. Let’s not forget supportive too. The current market is a tough one. Couldn’t have sold and purchased without losing my mind because Ginger and Brittany are gems. No one will work harder for you! Thank you ladies. You are special.

We have purchased multiple homes (both primary and rental properties) with Elevate Real Estate and highly recommend them. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, hard working, and has been the reason we have personally gotten 2 houses (the seller’s agent even told us so). You cannot go wrong with Elevate Real Estate for your personal or rental property needs.

Ginger, Melani and everyone they work with are amazing. They’re kind, honest and patient. They were there with us every step of the way and helped us through everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Realtor.

Melani was incredible to work with throughout the entire process! She knows what she is doing and was so helpful. She made sure that she was available to answer any questions that I had and was very organized, which helped when there were deadlines coming up that we had to meet.

We appreciate everything Ginger, Pamela and Brittany did for us. This is our 2nd home we bought with them! They are always on top of everything. If you have an issue you can call them and they will have it resolved within minutes.

Thanks for providing a nice and easy selling of my house! Thanks so much for the gift card too! Yum!

Melani and her whole team were fantastic from start to finish. From buying to selling, they were always quick to respond, handled any bumps in the road smoothly, and made the whole process feel easy. Even after closing, they connected us with trusted pros to help with home projects—huge plus! We’d work with Melani again in a heartbeat.

Ginger and her team are personal and authentic! They truly have your best interest at heart and work hard to provide unmatched expertise on both ends of the buying process.

“If you’re looking for a realtor, Kara Harel and Ginger Matney are top notch! Kara told me a year ago that she was going to sell me a house, and I laughed. Her persistence paid off for us both and she got a second listing in this hot neighborhood of ours!”

The absolute best Realtors in Denver!

Thank you for the wonderful experience we enjoyed while staying in your rental home. You and Brad were responsive, and could not have been better to deal with. There are always “unknowns” that tenants feel when dealing with Landlords and property managers, but you have been the absolute best. Your accommodating pet policy and reasonable rental rates were greatly appreciated, and make you number one!

Purchasing our first investment property with Ginger was a wonderful experience. She was there to explain everything along the way and her knowledge/advice is nothing short of priceless. We look forward to working with her for all of our investment needs.

Ginger is your choice for an amazing experienced agent in the Denver area! Her knowledge and support are par none! Call her today if you are in the market!
