2. Initial Consultation with your REALTOR
We will meet to discuss your needs and analyze your resources. We will also consummate a Sellers Agency Contract.
3. Establish Motivations and Objectives
We will also meet to establish your motivations and objectives for selling your home. The more precise and direct you are with me, the more successful we will be.
4. Preparation and Research
Once we have determined your motivations and objectives, I will do all the necessary research to help you sell your house.
5. Examine and Choose a Service Fee Option
You will have the opportunity to choose a marketing plan that best suites your needs and resources. I will help you in this process to find a method that will result in the sale of your house.
6. Establish the Asking Price
I will help you establish the best asking price based on the market and your needs and resources.
7. Show the House
We will work together to show the house to our best ability.
8. Negotiate Contract
When the offers come in, I will assist you in negotiating all offers until we have an acceptable contract.
9. Close
I will coordinate between the buyers agent, you and the closing agent. I will be sure that all documents are in order and that you understand every part of the transaction in full. |
