This form is available upon request, and will be signed at the time we begin looking at homes.
Buyer's Agency
As your Buyer's Agent, I will:
1. Conduct a complete consultation with you regarding your needs and time-frame.
2. Assist you in becoming pre-approved as a buyer for a desired loan amount.
3. Show you properties listed in the MLS as well as “new builds.”
4. Prepare a comparative market analysis prior to written offer.

Negotiate for the seller to pay non-recurring closing costs.
Negotiate possession dates to buyer's financial benefit.
Negotiate inclusions, i.e., personal property.
Negotiate seller repairs.
