The Real Estate Commission has developed a form that helps you to understand what type of relationship you will have with each person involved in your transaction.
This form is available upon request, and will be signed at the time we begin looking at homes.

Buyer's Agency

As your Buyer's Agent, I will:

1. Conduct a complete consultation with you regarding your needs and time-frame.
2. Assist you in becoming pre-approved as a buyer for a desired loan amount.
3. Show you properties listed in the MLS as well as “new builds.”
4. Prepare a comparative market analysis prior to written offer.

Negotiate for the seller to pay non-recurring closing costs.
Negotiate possession dates to buyer's financial benefit.
Negotiate inclusions, i.e., personal property.
Negotiate seller repairs.
Negotiate assumptions, second trust deeds, etc.

Assist you in obtaining the best financing available.
